My Grandma's Basement

  • Red Snapback
  • Dizzy Wright Signed CD
  • Funk Volume Towel
  • Jarren Benton Signed CD

This Pop Rap give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Jarren Benton? Funk Volume?
I'm not going to lie, after hearing his first two mixtapes, i expected this to be amazing, but there are too many
filler type songs on the album, not to discredit the fact that there are some really good tracks on here.
I still get slightly annoyed that Jarren can put together good lyrics but 9/10 chorus come off so weak and corny.
As a fan of his music, its just his style i guess. haha

Tracks to hear:

Life In The Jungle
Dreams
I Deserve It
Go Off
OJ

2. Funk Volume is getting it done!!!
this album is amazing from top to bottom. The lyrics are disturbing at times but still very well thought out, the beats are insane, its def one of the better rap albums I have heard in a while. You can def get a slim shady vibe on a few songs, but he holds his own and def has his own unique sound. Highlights for me are Razorblades and steak knives, life in the jungle, don't act, dreams, cadillacs and chevys, heart attack, smells like, bully, go off, and my grandmas basement. Its great with all the vulgarity and craziness that he gets more personal and serious on the song dreams. I def recommend this album to anyone who likes a rapper that can actually spit.

Need more appointment... ?
