2. they do not deliver what they promise
I bought a ring that was said to be 7.8grams 18ct yellow gold. It was instead 7.6grams. At this point I will check also the specific gravity.
They promised to deliver it in a "luxury Finished wood box", it was delivered instead in a very cheap blue paper box. Jewelry is a very sensitive matter. This was for me a test of reliability. I am not sure I will buy any more this staff at Amazon.
