We shopped around for months, trying to be budget friendly. Even though I had picked out much fancier rings and had them shipped to our house before the big day, he wanted no part of it. So, I got on Amazon and low and behold a perfect solid gold wedding band. A 5mm was to thin, he wanted something somewhat flashy (so all the fine ladies would know this good look'n hunk of man was taken, lol) He has shorter fingers than I do, but this 6mm is great. We have had it a year, he never, ever takes it off (he does a lot of construction, building, garage work as a hobby and internet marketing for work). The color is still amazing and shiny. It is a beautiful symbol of our love. Nicer than my ring even; and I have diamonds!!
